Technology evolves, events unfold, and policy and procedures are updated and published. The NPDB provides ways to inform you so that you will always know what's going on in the changing NPDB community. Subscribe electronically to NPDB announcements, mailing lists, and/or RSS feeds.

NPDB Announcements

Sign up for email updates. Be the first to learn about everything going on at NPDB.

If you would like to subscribe, enter your email address under Sign up for email updates on the right side of the footer and select Sign Up.

We do not share email addresses with other parties.

Research and Data Updates

To get email notifications when the Data Analysis Tool (DAT) is updated, select the Sign Up link on the DAT page.

For the Public Use Data File (PUF), check the box for "Receive email notifications when new data is available" when downloading the PUF.

QRXS Mailing Lists

If you use QRXS (Querying and Reporting XML Service) or create and maintain a practitioner database, you'll want to sign up for mailing lists to receive changes and updates to file format specifications.

Go to the Mailing List Registration page, fill in the required fields on the form, and click Submit.
