No. Withdrawals of initial applications are not reportable for any reason. However, if the practitioner will not be allowed to, or loses the right to reapply, the state board must report the loss of the ability to reapply. Additionally, withdrawal of a renewal application for licensure, or failure to renew, while the state board is investigating the practitioner, is reportable.
